Wingo Game Terms of Service — India

1. Scope & Acceptance

1.1 These Terms are a binding agreement between you (“user,” “player,” or “you”) and Wingo Game (“we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply to our website, app, APIs, communications, support channels, and related experiences (collectively, the “Service”).

1.2 By creating an account, logging in, participating in number-based draws, depositing via UPI, initiating withdrawals, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

1.3 Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data, including KYC, UPI references, and device signals. You agree that we may process your data as described there to deliver and secure the Service, comply with law, and improve reliability.

1.4 If you access the Service on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or entity and that all actions comply with applicable laws and these Terms. If you lack such authority, you must not use the Service on their behalf.

2. Eligibility & State Awareness

2.1 Age Requirement. The Service is for adults only. You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account, deposit funds, or participate in any lottery-style number game. Underage accounts are prohibited and may be closed.

2.2 State-Level Rules. Lottery and lottery-style number games are subject to state-level rules in India. Some states have historically permitted online formats; others restrict or prohibit. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the rules of your state. If your state restricts participation, you must not use the Service.

2.3 Geolocation & Self-Declaration. We may use IP-derived geolocation signals and self-declarations to reduce ineligible access. These signals are not infallible; bypass attempts are prohibited. If you are in a restricted state, you must abstain from participation.

2.4 One Person, One Account. You may not create multiple accounts to bypass limits, promotions, or state restrictions. Duplicate or misrepresented accounts may be closed and balances frozen pending verification.

2.5 Responsible Gaming. You must use limits and budgets appropriate to your circumstances. If play ceases to be entertainment, stop immediately. We provide spending caps, reminders, and time-out/self-exclusion tools designed to help you maintain healthy habits.

3. Account Creation, Security & KYC

3.1 Registration. Provide accurate information during account creation, including your legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Typos and mismatches may delay verification and withdrawals.

3.2 Verification. We may require one or more verification steps (e.g., OTP to mobile, passwordless email link, device trust, identity checks, and KYC). You must promptly complete requested verification to continue accessing certain features.

3.3 KYC. “Know Your Customer” checks protect against impersonation and fraud and are mandatory before withdrawals. Provide clear, uncropped documents. If documents are unclear or expired, we may request resubmission or apply holds until issues are resolved.

3.4 Security. Protect your account by enabling device locks and keeping OTPs private. You are responsible for any activity on your account unless you have promptly reported suspected compromise. We may pause sessions if unusual patterns are detected.

3.5 Session Management. You should review active sessions, revoke old devices, and sign out from shared devices. If a device is lost or sold, revoke its session immediately from another trusted device.

4. Deposits, UPI & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits. UPI (e.g., Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay) is typically used for deposits. Keep the UPI reference ID until funds appear. Delays may occur due to bank or network conditions. Duplicate taps are discouraged; suspected duplicates may be auto-reversed or reconciled.

4.2 Reconciliation. If UPI success is reported but your balance does not update in the stated buffer time, contact support with the reference ID. We investigate and seek resolution consistent with bank processes and our policies.

4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are available only after KYC approval and require that your bank name matches your verified identity. Processing windows and cut-offs may vary, including during weekends or festivals.

4.4 Limits & Compliance. We may impose transaction limits for risk control and compliance. Attempts to bypass limits (e.g., multiple accounts or routing) are prohibited and may trigger holds or closure.

4.5 Refunds & Chargebacks. We follow applicable payment rules and may request evidence (screenshots, bank statements) for investigation. Fraudulent disputes will be escalated.

5. Gameplay, Results & Fairness

5.1 Lottery-Style Format. Wingo Game offers a lottery-style number experience. Results are chance-based; outcomes are random. No system guarantees wins. Any claim promising certainty is misleading and prohibited.

5.2 Scheduling & IDs. Results are published at regular intervals with IDs and timestamps. We maintain archives for transparency so you can review your history and verify timing.

5.3 Education Over Hype. We emphasize education about randomness and variance, encouraging limits, breaks, and self-control. Content that promotes myths or “sure wins” is not permitted.

5.4 Errors & Corrections. In the event of an obvious error (e.g., misdisplayed result due to technical fault), we may void or correct affected outcomes and adjust balances accordingly, with clear documentation.

5.5 Abuse & Collusion. Coordinated abuse, manipulation, or collusion is prohibited. We may suspend accounts and withhold funds pending investigation if abuse signals are detected.

6. Responsible Gaming

6.1 Tools. We provide spending caps, session reminders, activity summaries, time-out, and self-exclusion. Use them to maintain control. We encourage you to set budgets before playing.

6.2 Signs to Stop. If play feels stressful, you are chasing losses, or it stops being fun, stop immediately. Consider a cool-off period or self-exclusion.

6.3 Education & Warnings. We warn against reliance on “predictions.” Prior outcomes do not influence future results. Try not to treat this as a source of income; it is entertainment only.

7. Legal Awareness & Prohibited Conduct

7.1 State Restrictions. Where your state restricts lottery-style online participation, you must not access or use the Service. Bypassing such restrictions (e.g., via VPN or misreporting location) violates these Terms.

7.2 Illegal Use. You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, including money laundering, fraud, or other prohibited activities. We cooperate with lawful requests as required.

7.3 Content Standards. You may not upload or share content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or that violates privacy, IP rights, or these Terms.

7.4 Security Testing. Do not probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities without written authorization. Do not interfere with service availability.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership. The Service, including its design, texts, graphics, and features, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. All rights are reserved by their respective owners.

8.2 Limited License. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, lawful, entertainment purposes. Any reverse engineering, unauthorized scraping, or automated extraction is prohibited.

8.3 Feedback. If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.

9. Privacy, Data & Security

9.1 Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains data collection, use, sharing, retention, and your rights. By using the Service, you consent to such processing as described.

9.2 Security Measures. We implement technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, rate limits, and anomaly detection. No method is 100% secure; report suspected incidents promptly.

9.3 Data Accuracy. You must keep your data accurate and up to date. Provide clear documents for KYC and resolve mismatches to avoid delays.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Warranty. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.2 No Guarantee of Outcomes. Results are random; we do not guarantee outcomes or returns. Educational content about randomness is not a promise of results.

10.3 Availability & Errors. We strive for availability and accuracy, but interruptions and errors may occur. We may suspend access for maintenance or risk mitigation.

10.4 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts you paid to use the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnity

11.1 You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wingo Game and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of law or rights of another; or (d) any content or data you submit.

12. Suspension, Closure & Enforcement

12.1 We may suspend or close accounts if we believe there is a violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, illegal activity, or risk to users or the Service. We may withhold funds during investigation where permitted by law.

12.2 We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or law. Repeated violations may result in permanent closure.

13. Changes to the Service

13.1 We may add, modify, or discontinue features. Material changes will be communicated in-product where feasible. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Good-Faith Resolution. If a dispute arises, contact us through verified support channels with relevant details (account identifier, UPI reference ID, timestamps, screenshots). We will work to resolve issues fairly and promptly.

14.2 Escalation. Where internal resolution fails, parties may pursue further steps consistent with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent relief when necessary.

15. Governing Law

15.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where state-level rules apply to eligibility or participation, such rules control whether you may lawfully use the Service.

16. Severability, Assignment & Entire Agreement

16.1 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

16.2 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with restructuring, merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.

16.3 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service, and supersede prior understandings.

17.1 We may provide notices within the Service or through your registered contact methods. Keep your contact information current.

18.1 No Financial Advice. Content is educational and does not constitute financial or legal advice. We discourage reliance on “predictions.”

18.2 Accessibility. We strive to make the Service readable and usable on mid-range devices and variable networks common in India. We dimension images and limit heavy assets to improve stability and speed.

18.3 Third-Party Services. Where the Service interacts with third-party systems (e.g., UPI apps, banks), their terms and policies may apply to those interactions.

20. Effective Date & Changes

20.1 Effective Date. These Terms take effect upon publication and remain effective until updated. We may update these Terms to reflect product changes, compliance needs, or security improvements.
